Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

Digital products are delivered electronically. Because downloadable files cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where the purchased files are defective, inaccessible, duplicated in error, or otherwise not delivered as described.

If you have a problem with an order, contact xgeishahuang@gmail.com with the product name and PayPal transaction details. Please do not email full payment card information.

Where a refund is approved or required, it will be returned through the original payment method when available. A refund or payment reversal may disable access to the associated downloads.

PayPal checkout is not currently connected on this website, so no purchase can be made here at this time.
