DIGITAL DELIVERY

How downloads work

Each wallpaper set is a digital product. Phone sets contain four or five separate PNG files, as listed on the product page; phone + iPad sets contain two, six, or eight, as specified for each collection. A ZIP archive includes the same originals listed on the product page.

After payment

Once PayPal confirms a payment, the checkout returns the buyer to a private wallpaper gallery on this website. The gallery provides individual image downloads and a complete ZIP download. Files are not sent by email. Use the same browser in which you completed checkout to open the order gallery.

No shipping

There is no physical product, postal delivery, shipping fee, or tracking number.

If a download does not work

Contact xgeishahuang@gmail.com and include the wallpaper set name and PayPal transaction details. Do not send full payment card information. We will help restore access or resolve a file problem.

Checkout availability is shown on the product page. Pending, cancelled or failed payments do not unlock downloads.
